Kx8 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

To register and use kx8 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be aged 21 years and above at the date of registration. kx8 strictly prohibits the involvement of underage individuals in any betting or paid gaming activity on this platform.
• You must be a legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• You must register using true, accurate, and current personal information. The use of a false identity or another person's information is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is only permitted to register one account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual will result in the closure of all such accounts and the freezing of associated funds.

Kx8 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts if the information provided is found to be false or misleading, without prior notice.

As a kx8 account holder, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. This includes all bets, financial transactions, and platform interactions made using your login credentials.

• Password Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. kx8 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.
• Unauthorised Access: If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact the kx8 support team immediately via live chat in the app.

• Shared Accounts: Each account is personally owned and may not be shared or transferred to another person.

Kx8 will not be held liable for any losses arising from an account holder's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

• Inactive Funds: Accounts with no activity for 180 consecutive days may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM5, deducted from the account balance until it reaches zero.

• Rollover (Wagering Requirement): Every bonus received carries a rollover requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted. The rollover requirement will be clearly stated on each promotion's page, typically between 10x and 30x the bonus value.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically with no compensation.

• Funds Upon Closure: If an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of terms, kx8 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the funds in that account, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation and applicable legal requirements.

• Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
